Could You please give me good resources like(podcsats, blogs, news, etc.) about software development and it news specially in Microsoft technology but no only.

Good resource to improve skills by reading daily maybe once a few days.

I know channel 9, msdn and so on, what do You read, watch ?

And other technologies, whats new at google ?

Your best bet is to setup an account on Google Reader

Once that's setup, you can search for news feeds and subscribe - this way you'll have a lot of daily feeds to read, and all in one place.

You can start by searching for 'developer', 'development', 'programming', and any languages you're interested in.
