My "Send files to Host" and "Receive files from host" is not working

Hi,

Whenever I am trying to click either the "Send files to host" or "Receive files from host" on client Access Emulator, it is not working. I dont know what is the problem. I have installed the full version on Client Access on my PC

Can anyone help me in this? I would appreciate your help.
