Check for certain string in iframe JS

Hi,

This is my dilemma. Right now, I'm loading some content from an external site into an iframe. And this is what I'm looking to do :

Basically theres a button (in the iframe) and when pressed the contents of the iframe changes. So, if the contents of the iframe changes I'd like to refresh the page and change the size of the iframe.
