The manual for PGF and TikZ weighs in at 560 pages. I would like to have a printed version with a decent binding. Does anyone know where I can get one?

If you can't find a pre-made solution you always have the option to print it (or have it printed) at a Kinko's or equivilant. Might cost you more than you realize though. Good luck. They also have several diffirent binding options to choose form.

You may also try this: instructables.com

Edit: Depending on your circumstances you can also convert it to a format that is acceptable on mobile devices (Cell phone, PDA, iPad) and at least be able to take it with you.

I looked at printing some Oracle manuals via Kinko's, for reading on the bus. I could buy real books for less.

Yea, same here. I am not sure if it is "worth" it but, everyone assigns things a diffirent value.
