About Ajax and java script onkeyup function in asp.net

In my webpage iam using ajax in asp.net but in this iam facing one problem that is i have two tex boxes after that 4 dropdown lists are there those are in update panels in one div and in another div i have two labels .finally my intention is to get first div texbox content into second div labels for that one i have written javascript function onkeyup for the two texboxes for firsttime it is working after selecting dropdownlists it is hiding the label contents
