VS2008 - CrystalDecisions.Shared.XmlSerializers

Hi,

I upgraded web project from VS2005 to VS2008 and CR from 10.2 to 10.5. After that when i run the report i get this error:

BindingFailure was detected Message: The assembly with display name 'CrystalDecisions.Shared.XmlSerializers' failed to load in the 'LoadFrom' binding context of the AppDomain with ID 2. The cause of the failure was: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.Shared.XmlSerializers, Version=10.5.......

I tried to google on "CrystalDecisions.Shared.XmlSerializers", but i did not find this namespace or library is mentioned anywhere.

Any idea how to solve this?
