SharePoint Crawler: Deleted by the gatherer

Hi all, I have an issue with my SharePoint 2007 crawler.

Problem: There is this warning on the crawl log: Deleted by the gatherer (This item was deleted because the crawler did not encounter it during the last full crawl.) This made the search not visible.

Methods tried:

I have checked the permission.I have reset the search, add the crawl rule, checked the scope. However, it still doesn't work. Any ideas?
