Devxpress grid first time loading issue

hi all,

i have issue regarding the Devexpress grid with CPU usage.

when i load the grid first time the CPU usage gets at 100 % till the APP is active.

when i minimize the application it gets to normal percentage, and when i restore the APP window, it run normally,

is there any suggestion for the same ?
