First project for resume

Question

Which project is better to write the for job ( Developer PHP )and then not be ashamed to refer to on his resume? What functions should it feature ? If anyone has a ready, detailed terms of reference for similar Drafts, please point me in that direction, or if you have the opportunity, show a sample list of what to do in such projects.

P.S. I have experience writing minor programs using the following technologies: PHP5, zend framework, ajax, jquery, json, XML, javascript.

The classical way is to try and solve your problems. Is there anything that existing web applications don't do the way you would like to do? Pick that problem and solve it your way.
