please see this thread.
In short: SWIFT has released a XML representation of MTs (MTXML) and a reference implementation to show how to convert MT from/to MTXML.
It should be very easy to manage this in .net.

A .Net sample would be trivial - the java code is pretty simple.However, you should mail SWIFT and ask for more info. They are pretty quick in coming back with answers. Also, have a snoop around swiftcommunity.net.
