Looking for CMS with Banner Module

Hi,

I'm looking for a CMS that has a banner module. The banner module will allow the user to publish banner at a certain time of the day. (I've looked into DotNetNuke, Kentico etc' and they don't support this requirement.)

I need to publish banner at a specific time and date. (by time, not only by date). I also need support for versioning and workflows.

Ideally, also text and images could be published by time.

I prefer .NET but as long as the CMS fits my requirement, I don't mind.

have you tried with umbraco cms? have a look at the link..
