SingingEels isn't necessarily about web design, but I did write an article that can help getting started with understanding pure CSS designed sites.

Also, there are a lot of great articles about ASP.NET, MVC, AJAX, SQL and other great stuff (if you're looking for .Net web development).

Timothy Khouri
not exactly a good example. What's a <form> doing there ? Worst, after copy and pasting, it doesn't produce the same result as the screenshot (did I miss something?). Oh, and, "Suplimental" or "Supplemental" ?

A good aggregate site is Design Bump, from there you will find loads of design sites. Just load up their RSS Feed, sit back and enjoy.
