Entity Framework, CodeOnly Relationship object

I have seen a lot of tutorials for Entity Framework CodeOnly that utilize an object called "Relationship".

Like this. But I cannot seem to find that object. I cannot figure out what library it is in, I cannot find it on the MSDN library, I cannot find any downloadable samples that use it... can anyone assist?
