Custom HTTP Basic Auth Modules, in IIS7

I am trying to implement the sloution found in the following question

When looking I have created my own AuthModule etc, but I am unable to add it to the IIS7 control in windows 7, as the solution talks about editing files in certan directroies but does not say which file. also when looking at the files that are there non seem to match what is expected.

Anyone got any ideas
