Rhino Mocks 3.5 failing in TFS integration build while running test lists

Build server:

TFS 2008, W2003

Error message:

System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'Rhino.Mocks, Version=3.5.0.1337, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=0b3305902db7183f' or one of its dependencies. Access is denied..

This happens only aprox. last 2 weeks. Same tests were successful before and still are when running test list manually from developer machine.
