We're finishing our website beta and we want to make sure we get capture our user's feedback, and solicit their input on wanted features. I see that there are some customer feedback management services, e.g., listed at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Customer_Feedback_Management_services . I want to get developer opinion on which one is fastest to setup and/or integrate with, and which provides the most value for a startup.

If you have experience with an existing service, please share any good/bad features of interest.
