Help needed in using Visual c# express editon

How do I make a save button in the menu strip in the form view in visual c# express edition?

A: 

Put the component MenuStrip on your form. The menu will appear blank. Click on the small right arrow appear on the top of the component. Select Insert standart Item. you will got an save button... but as @cevik said ... your question isn't clear
