Print more pages with template header

Hi

I need to print a page with some information (from an database) but i want to create an header template to all printed pages (and the content template would be some gridview or datalist).

Can anyone show me some tutorial or example of how can i do this?

Do you want to print to the screen or to printer paper? And, what scripting language and framework are you using?
