Sharepoint create new web programmitically Exceptions

I custmized a sharepoint site and take a template of it, before that I made a webpart that can create a new site of that template. Before custmize the site it was working and after that it give the following exception Invalid URI: The URI scheme is not valid

Can anyone help me Plz?
