Custom insert image in JWYSIWYG

Hi,

I need to know if it's possible to create a hook on the "Insert image" button to open a custom window (a personal media manager). If it's, how to return a value (image link...) to the wysiwyg ?

Maybe there is a documentation but I didn't find it.
