I needed to test the performance of my site on a remote server (do not have IIS access). I am also using Visula Web Developer / Studio Professional 2008 (But not team system version).
I wanted to test the performance of my login page for multiple concourant logins. I have found 2 tools - WCAT & Apache Bench for this.
Can you tell me how to use either of these tools on a login page. It uses a login control. I am assuming I would have to simulate a POST request?
Else if you know of anyother free to use tool or any other way to test the same.
If it helps the remote hosting might be a shared server or a clustered server.. as in we have the option of using either.
