This is mostly a good place to start: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/vstudio/default.aspx.
However for VS2010 I haven't heard of any hotfixes yet.

Hotfixes for V2010 are available over Connect
http://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/Downloads
There you find fixes for V2010 and .NET 4 and more.
