Mobile devices losing vat in google checkout

Bit stuck here. I have a client claiming Google checkout is forgetting to add vat to orders when used via mobile devices (e.g iphone). Unfortunately I don't have the resources to test this, so I'm hoping someone can confirm / deny this.

The site is http://www.freepressleaflets.com/ If you use an option in print only and ignore the option screens until the checkout link you can put a dumby order though pretty quick. Please don't finish the order as the site is live.

Otherwise, has anyone heard of this issue, or any fixes.

At least on my Android phone there is no VAT shown at first page of the google checkout page. This is the first time I observe this, though I have used google-checkout (with VAT) a few times before. No idea what causes it.
