Windows Program to automatically print a Powerpoint to OneNote

I want to pretty much create a Windows application in which you can drag (View: http://yfrog.com/jkcapture3sdj) multiple Power point files into and it:

1.)Sends them to OneNote as a printout

2.)Saves the file as shown below to a certain directory, and you can choose to save in either 2010 or 2007 format.

I pretty much want to know where I should begin. I have good experience developing Web Applications with C# and Asp.net, but I have yet to begin development on a Windows Application which accesses Microsoft Office, I will be using Visual Studio 2010.
