What's the difference between UML-Modeling and UML-Design or it's same concept.

It's the same thing. Both refer to planning out your app (and documenting it) using UML.

more or less semantically are not the same one model have 5 attributs which are very very clear. a model (by definition of model) have to be abstract, accurate, understandable, predictable, and cheaper than build the system which is modelated, a design of something could potensially include several models.
