i created a noname.txt file and opened it and writed only ' start' and finally i changed it as cmd.exe.bat and runned this file and then couldn't stop it.i want to learn what it is

Unfortunately you did not create a virus, just a DOS script.

A virus is a computer program that can infect other computers.

Your script cannot do that so it is not a virus.
