copy notepad++ text with formatting?

I'm using notepad++ to write code..

How do I copy code in notepad++ along with its formatting to paste into word? (ie syntax highlights etc)

I've never been able to get that to work. I've always done my code copying and pasting from visual studio to word. I have notepad++ installed at work, but not here at home on my laptop. Does it have a copy as RTF command in the edit menu?
