Integrating 2 jquery plugins together

Question

I am using 2 plugins like

the Multiple Cities (local): textarea .

and

http://code.google.com/p/jwysiwyg/

How do I integrate both such that..a text area is converted into jwysiwyg and autocomplete also happens in it.
