Connection refused error

I am writing this message on my iTouch. For a while now I am been getting connection refused error in all my browsers. The weird thing is I still see an instant message, I just can't browse.

Can anyone help me? I am really frustrated with this. Thanks in advance

While this is off-topic, and will probably be closed soon, here are some pointers:

  • Can you ping anything? (Open up a terminal on your computer, type "ping www.google.com", see if anything happens.)
  • Are you sure your Firewall isn't blocking your browser?
  • Do you have proxy server settings set in your browser?
  • Does using a different browser work?
