Hello All, I am new to ASP.NET so dont know much about it. I have a usercontrols in placed in tab panels of Tab container. I have written javascript for the usercontrol. What it does is I have a "CheckAll" checkbox and when I click a check it I change the checked value for other checkboxes in my usercontrol. Problem is that when I fire the event(in this case check the "CheckAll"checkbox) its throws following exception. Microsoft JScript runtime error: please set object

If anybody has any knowledge about the above problem please help me out. I am searching for few days but cant find any answer to this.

Thanking you in advance.

Thanks and regards, Nitin Kale

This sounds like you are not using the ClientID to access the controls. ASP.NET is transforming the ID into the ClientID that is rendered to the browser.

Thanks Yves M for your quick reply. But my problem is not within javascript. I have commented all the code inside the javascript and also removed arguments to the javascript function. Now, I have only added an alert in the javascript. When I click the "Check All" checkbox I get the same error. I am not able access the javascript itself.
