Convert localhost to its ip number in xampp

Hi, I am using xampp and running Pentaho over it. Dont worry about Pentaho. The problem with it is that it gives the images in the form localhost/getimage/ Is it possible to do any settings at xampp that converts this localhost to the local computer and make it look like 192.168.0.1/getimage/
