OLD REST API Facebook, doubt

Hi, I'm developing an FB app for my device. I'm using restServer.php for using REST APIS. I'm able to get accessToken, sessionKey using posting parameters n all. I have one issue, that the access token which i get using http://api.facebook.com/restServer.php, can i use with http://api.facebook.com/method/methodName?acessToken=......

Please help me in providing me guidance in this.
