I'm trying to find out more information on a CRM for auto dealerships called called Higher Gear. Does anyone know where I can find out more technical information about this product? I'd like to know if it runs on a proper database or a proprietary database.
I've already emailed their support staff and marketing staff, and I haven't heard back from them in over a week, that's why I'm asking here.
