Does anyone know of any established tools for estimating full time employees required for a production support project?
I found the following

I was wondering if these are suited for production support estimation, or if there are other better ones.
Most of the products I could find with my limited Google skills seem to be for estimation of development or enhancement (based on Functional Point estimation, COCOMO, etc.), plus I'm very new to this (estimation) field. I am looking for something more suited to estimating team size for a project that handles production issues, service requests, monitoring on demand, etc.
Note - this is not for a specific project, its for a company (which has multiple production support projects with different attributes)
