installing actionwebservice

I would like to develop web services using ruby on rails. I have instantRails 2.0 on my laptop.

Whenever I try to install actionwebservice using "gem install actionwebservice" I get the following error ERROR:While executing gem --- HTTP Response 302 fetching htt://gems.rubyforge.org/yaml.

How do I do away with this error?
