I am a software developer and I am planning to develop a mobile app. I am not really good in designer tools and creative stuff thus I would like to outsource the asset creation part of my project.
Can you please recommend me good sites where I can do this? Recommendations with personal experience are very welcome!

I found several good Chinese designers/design studios from Chinese social networks, such as QQ and douban. I suggest you try Facebook and Twitter.

I think it depends what your looking for? Do you just need icons, there are lots of free ones out there some very good. As far as outsourcing I would do 2 things: look for a design student or recent grad who needs experience. Also there are many out of work designers who want to gain exerience in such things. Hit up a design college, RIT, RISD etc place a coop job ad.
