I have three systems each with a TortoiseSVN installation accessing a common repository either on our intranet or via the web. When I choose a folder in the repo browser and right-click and select 'checkout' I get what seems to be various proposed destination paths despite playing around with the setting 'Default checkout path' in 'Dialogs 1'.
Their help says:
- "Default checkout path - You can specify the default path for checkouts. If you keep all your checkouts in one place, it is useful to have the drive and folder pre-filled so you only have to add the new folder name to the end".
This implies that one would always have to append a folder name manually, and yet it often has the folder name already present (but not always). Has anyone got any comment please?
As a supplementary question, can anyone point me to where these settings are stored? Thanks
