If looked in outlook 2003 then it displays "This ЦДЦЬЦДЦХЬЦДЦХЬЦЬХЦХЬ" but when 2007 then "This ÖÄÖÜÖÄÖÕÜÖÄÖÕÜÖÜÕÖÕÜ"
2008 displays characters correctly! I can't figure out whats wrong header encoding is UTF-8
