Got error \Windows\v6.1\bin\rc.exe

Today, I compile my VC++ project in Visual Studio 2008. Suddenly, this error appears:

Error   6   Error result 1 returned from 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.1\bin\rc.exe'

May I know how can I resolve this? Because I have tried a lot of way including download the Windows SDK, disable the incremental linker and so on. Help me.
