setting permissions on a sharepoint list view

Hi Team,

I have a sharepoint list(ex "List1") and a view(say Ex "View1") on that list .I have added a list view webpart in home page with the mentioned list view.

Now I don't want to have context menu on each list item.How can I accomplish this.

This I need to accomplish with sharepoint default features.
