Is there a Software License for free use closed source?

Question

Is anyone aware of an existing license that meets these conditions?

1. The web-based software is free to use and anyone may link to it.
2. The software must be purchased for off-line use without redistribution.
3. The source code may be purchased for an fee.
4. The software may be licensed for offline redistribution for an annual fee.

I have a feeling these terms are probably too unique to fit an existing model.

Yes that license exists, you just wrote its draft.

Seriously, your source code is your intellectual property, you can write the license you want with the help of a lawyer.

If you want to grant free license to purple cows, you can!

If you are looking for a template (like gpl, mit, etc), I don't know any, but if I was you, I wouldn't use a license downloaded online I don't fully understand that describe my liabilities.

If you are doing serious business, hire a lawyer.
