Hi Guys,

I'm currently publishing my simple PHP framework in GitHub. Do I need to make/apply for any License Agreement/EULA (or any other legal stuff)? I'm not really particular if other people would use it. I just want to be credited(if there's some) and also have some disclaimers.

The MIT license is pretty much what I need but I don't know the requirements for the copyright or this document.

No, you don't need to make a new license. You can reuse the MIT license; plenty of projects unrelated to MIT have already done so. Simply replace <year> with the year (or years) you've worked on the project, and <copyright holders> with your name (assuming you're the only copyright holder).
