5 things you hate about javascript

I want to figure out 5 worst things about javascript. Few which I hate are:

1) variable = 5; //variable gets appended to global context
2) DOM properties and methods differences

Please add more which you find most irritating parts in javascript. I am talking about bad parts of javascript which can be avoided while programming (ex. eval, with). I am talking about the irritations which occur most frequently.
