We know that making front end GUI is tough. I'm glad these tools offer drag and drop to make our lives easier. But which one will help us finish faster?

The one that you know the best will probably help you finish the fastest.
Other than that, you haven't given enough requirements to even begin to answer the question (winforms, html, gtk, os platform, type of app, etc).
