So here's the problem:

My organization used a Google Search Appliance to index all of the web sites that we build. Each site is integrated with the appliance and meaningful search results are returned. We currently block indexing of PDF files across all sites. What if I want to index PDF files, but only on a specific site? I have yet to figure that out, even after hours of pouring through the Search Appliance documentation.

Now, once we can successfully index PDFs on specific sites, can I choose which files to included in a search? I don't want to search ALL of the PDFs, just 5 select ones. Is there any way to do this?

Actually, is this even the correct place to ask this question? It's only loosely programming related.

Thanks.
