Hi! I'm looking for a good UML tool for Java/C# class generation and class design/etc. Thanks

At work I use Enterprise Architect which does, well almost everything. There is also the visual paradigm tool which seems really nice.

You can also use plugins in your IDE.

ArgoUML / PoseidonUML are decent and have free versions.
