how can i find a partner to learn web programming/php together?

hey, i know its very odd question in stackoverflow and also in web programming as it seem like a very autodidact field. i posted a massage (that got nice responses before it was closed so thanks guys (: ) a few days ago telling about my difficulties dealing and learning computer programing and web programming, persisting and being motivated. i tried a few of the advices(like learn through a project) but failed with motivation.

do you think its possible for me to find a person and learn web programming(php+html/css/js etc) in a structeral way together? i know that those who can learn alone wont need me of course (: so it will be a little hard to find a partnet. i dont think i can find one here(israel) so i dont mind finding one from another country but not sure how. i may also start learning "learning strategies" and motivation yet im so used to the way im now and the way i was dealing with learning programming that its hard to change my ways.

i want to believe that when i learn it properly and understand better, the motivation will come along and more i would be able to know how much i like it when i understand it better.

signup on okcupid type sites and put all your interests and hobbies as computers and wanting to program together and let them find a match for you :P

Maybe I'm old fashioned, but back in my day, we had whole institutions called "schools" specifically for people who are not autodidacts to get help with their learning.

I'm a beginner at php and picking up android at the moment. My best friend in the whole wide world is google :) and the people who provide the content of course.
