hi everyone, I have looked some web sites in which automatically scripts run by spammers. How can we prevent our web sites from that spammers. Any help or reference to the article.

A captcha system is very good to stop spam of user accounts and comment replies; the entering of random words that can't be guessed by bots at runtime, nor can they be OCR-decoded, is very effective at stopping spam.

i know about captha..but after entering in the web sites how can i block the links. like in comments or in blog post. the users post their blogs including their links

It really depends on the blog engine you are using. Most of these will have a setting that disallows HTML to be included in comments, and inhibits the conversion of URIs to live links.
