I have a site that uses 3 columns, in IE8 sometimes on a page load the left side bar jumps up into the navigation. If the page is reloaded it goes back the place it should be. Nothing else shifts, its just that left column.
The issues doesn't happen on every page or every time a page is loaded. It seems completely random and I can only recreate the problem in IE8.
