SharePoint 2010 - EntityEditorWithPicker

Hi, Currently I am working on a SharePoint upgrade to 2010 version. We have a control which inherits from EntityEditorWithPicker. In 2007 version everything works works fine. In 2010 version the search box does not get displayed, but the picker buttons are getting displayed.

I was trying everything possible without a luck.

Please help.
